  • SR. PROJECT MANAGER – REVOLT

    APRIL 2023 – PRESENT

    • Leading cross-functional teams through execution of REVOLT programming up to $3M, incl. Founding In Color S2 and Bet On Black

    • Cross-functional comms lead for all sponsor presence at REVOLT World, including pre, during, and post event placements such as social promotion, logo presence on stage, on the ground content capture / recap videos, and more

    • Building & regularly refining department training manual outlining 10+ project types as well as internal processes / systems and databases to ensure proper onboarding for new team members, advising leadership on best processes to adopt and in many cases leading rollout and documentation thereof

    • Serving as hybrid Account / Project Manager by anchoring teams in each project’s vision, ensuring client priorities / objectives are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, and championing each project’s schedule, coordinating closely with team leads to plan for adequate resource allocation and efficient workflows
