REVOLT World - REVOLT’s tentpole experiential mashup of music performances, cultural conversations, networking, and more is a 3-day festival speckled with brand partner activations and turnkey sponsorship opportunities at every turn. From full-scale experiential pop-ups to sponsored panels, REVOLT’s brand partners connect with Black Millennial & GenZ consumers through the voices of the culture, and I have stood at the forefront of ensuring their messages are seen and heard throughout the extravaganza.

My Role In This Project:

  • Each year I serve as the cross-functional comms lead for all sponsor presence at REVOLT World. I liaise between the Account / Project Management team and all other executional teams, and act as “air traffic control” tracking and managing the launch of deliverables for each brand partner such as:

    • Pre-event placements in social promotions & logo presence on the official REVOLT World website

    • On the ground placements from brand mentions by key talent on stage to directional signage, in-app push notifications for sponsored panels, activity sign-ups, large scale graphics, activations, product placement, and more

    • Post-event placements such as social and editorial recaps, mentions in the recap special on linear, etc

Inside the Mountain Dew Gaming Zone where attendees could play video games, participate in tournaments, and hear panels relevant to gaming.
