For four (4) seasons, Target has teamed up with REVOLT to co-create the multi-episode series that has arguably shifted the landscape of reality television pitch competitions.
Similar to other pitch competitions, Bet On Black provides entrepreneurs a platform for their growing businesses. Unlike any other*, all entrepreneurs on our show walk away with some level of investment in their business. Additionally, Target seeks absolutely no equity in return for this investment, making sure that entrepreneurs of color are walking away with 100% undiluted capital to pour back into the businesses that fuel their communities.
Bet on Black has invested over $1.5MM into Black businesses since its inception, and I have had the honor of driving execution as the project manager for 4 seasons running.
