At Delta Airlines, Valentine’s Day takes on a new meaning each year. Affectionately named Profit Sharing Day, it’s when the company shares a portion of its annual profits with eligible employees - a commitment to their workforce for their unwavering standard of excellence. In 2018, that day was marked with a larger than life puzzle. The puzzle - made entirely from the hull of a decommissioned Boeing 747 - was painted with a mural and revealed on Profit Sharing Day during CEO Ed Bastian’s press conference.

My Role In This Project:
I served as the Associate Producer, championing organization and structure to help pull off the stunt by:
Managing sourcing & delivery of Puzzle Piece Stands
Owning the sorting and organization of all Delta Employee names into a spreadsheet for fulfillment post-press conference - almost 100,000 people at the time. I worked closely with clients to identify the main shipping contact at each airline hub nationwide to ensure delivery of each employee’s puzzle piece.
