Netflix’s launch of The Defenders was spread across a watch party hosted at BMCC’s amphitheater where fans could attend and get a sneak preview before the show was available on the platform, and an invite-only after party for VIP guests with custom beer steins & more.
My Role In This Project:
End to End Producer, overseeing:
Staffing vendor for on site brand ambassadors
Street / sidewalk permitting
Large scale graphics installation
Prop sourcing for afterparty, load in & out of venue
Managed intern & freelance AP’s throughout, delegating tasks appropriately
